Bachelor project at KADK, 2016

To have a lot of space in a small city-apartment is often very expensive. Prices pr. squaremeter in the urban areas are rising, all over the world.

I believe that multifunctional furniture can be a part of the solution.

A lot of sofabeds look the same: Square, practical and a bit boring. I decided to challenge this and design a sofabed that is not just practical but sculptural as well. Without making it too complicated, the sofabed transforms through a single movement.

The sofabed also have storage space for duvets and pillows.
